| Asset Company | Displays the code that identifies the company. |
| Name | Displays the name of the company. |
| Distribution Company grid - Each row in the grid is a company currently defined in ProContractor that is not the company in the selected row in the Asset Company grid. Use the grid to select the modules for which intercompany transactions are allowed between the asset company and the distribution company. If you select a checkbox for a distribution company, you must enter the general ledger account information for both companies. | |
| Distribution Company | Displays the code that identifies the company that can be a distribution company for intercompany transactions. |
| Allow Equipment | Select the checkbox for the distribution company to allow intercompany transactions between the distribution company and the asset company within the Equipment module |
| Allow Materials | Select the checkbox for the distribution company to allow intercompany transactions between the distribution company and the asset company within the Materials module |
| Allow Financial | Select the checkbox for the distribution company to allow intercompany transactions between the distribution company and the asset company within the Financial module |
| Allow Cash Receipts | Select the checkbox for the distribution company to allow intercompany transactions between the distribution company and the asset company using cash receipt functions within the Customers module. |
