Export customer transactions

If you use grid setting to customize the way the data is displayed, the data will be exported the way it is displayed.

  1. Open the View Customer Transactions screen.
  2. In the Starting Date field, enter the starting date for which you want to view customer transactions or click to select the date from a date picker.
  3. In the Ending Date field, enter the ending date for which you want to view customer transactions or click to select the date from a date picker.
  4. In the Customer field, click to select one or more customers for which you want to view customer transactions. If no customers are selected, customer transactions are shown for all customers.
  5. In the Company field, click to select one or more companies for which you want to view customer transactions. If no companies are selected, customer transactions are shown for all companies.
  6. In the Project field, click to select one or more projects for which you want to view customer transactions. If no projects are selected, customer transactions are shown for all projects.
  7. Click Retrieve.
  8. To specify the file type for the export, do one of the following:
    • To export the list to Excel, click next to the Export button and select Excel.

    • To export the list to a tab-delimited file, click next to the Export button and select Text file (Tab Delimited).

  9. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
  10. In the File Name field, enter a file name for the exported file.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Click OK.
    Note: If you opted to export the list to Excel, the Excel file automatically opens if you have Excel installed.
