Adjust Paid Time Off screen

Use the Adjust Paid Time Off screen to adjust employee paid time off accrued or paid. You can also use this screen to enter paid time off initial balances.

Note: Use this screen to adjust paid time off accrued or paid. This screen only creates paid time off transactions. If you need to create paid time off amounts, use the Generate PTO Period End Adjustments screen.

To open the Adjust Paid Time Off screen, click Employees > Setup > Deductions & Fringes > Adjust Paid Time Off in the All Tasks pane.
