Export Employees module setup data

If you use grid setting to customize the way the data is displayed, the data will be exported the way it is displayed.
  1. Open the View Employee Setups screen.
  2. In the View field, click to select the setup list you want to view.
  3. If the Company field is visible, click to select one or more companies for which you want to view the selected setup list. If no companies are selected, the selected setup list is shown for all companies.
    Note: The Company field is not shown when the view contains information that is not company specific.
  4. Click Retrieve.
  5. To specify the file type for the export, do one of the following:
    • To export the list to Excel, click next to the Export button and select Excel.
    • To export the list to a tab-delimited file, click next to the Export button and select Text file (Tab Delimited).
  6. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
  7. In the File Name field, enter a file name for the exported file.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click OK.
    Note: If you opted to export the list to Excel, the Excel file automatically opens if you have Excel installed.
