Bid-Project Budget Variance Summary Report screen
Use the Bid-Project Budget Variance Summary Report screen to create a report comparing bid information to project budget information. A project is displayed on the Bid-Project Budget Variance Summary Report only if it is associated with an estimate job or has an owner change order for a change management record that is linked to an estimate job. You can print or save this report.
You can control the output of the Bid-Project Budget Variance Summary Report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:
Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click
to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.
Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.
Division - Click to select one or more divisions for the report. If no divisions are selected, all divisions appear in the report.
Project Status - Click
to select the project status for the report. Select Both to show both active and inactive projects in the report.
Estimator - Click
to select one or more estimators for the report. If no estimators are selected, all estimators appear in the report.
Salesperson - Click
to select one or more salespeople for the report. If no salespeople are selected, all salespeople appear in the report.
Project - Click to select one or more projects for the report. If no projects are selected, all projects appear in the report.
Project Manager - Click
to select one or more project managers for the report. If no project managers are selected, all project managers appear in the report.
Include Change Orders - Select the checkbox to show change orders in the report.
Tip: You can use the Modify Reports screen to customize the format and layout of this report.
