Generate a change order report

  1. Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.
  2. Click Estimating > Reports > Estimating > Change Order Reports in the All Tasks pane.
  3. In the Print Reports window, select the report you want to generate and click Print.
    Note: If modified versions of the reports have been created, they are listed in the Print Reports window.
  4. Complete the fields as described on the Estimate Reports Screen Field Reference.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Select the one or more change order statuses for the report.
    Note: Click a status to select it. Click it again to deselect it.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Use on the toolbar to navigate through the report.
  9. To search the report, do the following:
    1. Click to change the report layout.
    2. In the unlabeled field to the left of Find, enter the text for which you want to search.
    3. Click Find.
    4. Click Next to find the next instance of the text in the report. Repeat as needed.
