Use the Company Dashboard screen to view the Company Dashboard - a collection of widgets showing an overall picture of your company's finances through the end of the current month.

You can drill down to view the report associated the widget and on certain reports, and you can drill down to additional information.

To open the Company Dashboard screen, go to Financial > Company Dashboard.

The Company Dashboard contains these widgets.

• Financial Account Balances - shows a chart of pending and posted balances for your company's accounts. Select the chart to display the Account Transactions Report screen.
• Customer Receivables - shows a chart and graph of all open customer invoices aged and totaled based on the invoice due date. Select the graph to display the Customer Invoice Aging by Invoice Age screen.
• Vendor Payables - shows a chart and graph of all open vendor invoices aged and totaled based on the invoice due date. Select the graph to display the Vendor Invoice Aging by Invoice Age screen.
• Profit and Loss - shows a chart and graph of your company's gross and net profits for the current month and the current year. Select the chart to display the Income Statement - Actual vs. Budget screen.
• Balance Sheet - shows a chart shows your company's assets, liabilities, and equities. Select the chart to display the Balance Sheet screen. From the Balance Sheet report, select a line to display an Account Transactions Report screen for the line.
