View Change Order Logs screen

You can use the View Change Order Logs screen to view change order related documents. To open the View Change Order Logs screen, click Projects > Change Order > View Change Order Logs in the All Tasks pane.

You can select to view documents for a specific document type, project, and/or status. Before viewing a specific document, you can see a list of documents based on the following:

  • All Document Types

  • Change Management Records

  • Owner Change Orders

  • Issues

If the PDF file of the document form has been created, you can view it, print it, or attach it to an e-mail from this screen. You must have the software required to open a PDF file—such as Adobe Reader—installed on your computer to be able to view it. You must have MAPI-compliant e-mail software—such as Microsoft Outlook—installed on your computer to send an e-mail message with an attachment.
