Print or Export a List of Change Order Documents
You can print or export change order related documents from the View Change Order Logs screen.
- Open the View Change Order Logs screen.
- In the View field, click
and select the type of documents to view.
- Press Tab.
- In the Company field, click
to select one or more companies for which you want to view documents. If you do not select a company, all companies appear in the list.
- In the Project field, click
to select one or more projects for which you want to view documents. If you do not select a project, all projects appear in the list.
- In the Include field, select the status of documents to view.
- Click Retrieve to display a list of change order documents.
- To print the list of documents, complete the following:
- To set the page setup options, click
next to the Print button in the View area and select Page Settings.
- To preview the printed output, click
next to the Print button in the View area and select Print Preview.
- Click Print in the View area.
- Select OK.

- To export the list of documents, complete the following:
- Specify the file type for the export. Do one of the following:
- Export the list to Excel: Click
next to the Export button and select Excel.
- Export the list to a tab-delimited file: Click
next to the Export button and select Text file (Tab Delimited).
