Print or Export a List of Change Order Documents

You can print or export change order related documents from the View Change Order Logs screen.

  1. Open the View Change Order Logs screen.
  2. In the View field, click and select the type of documents to view.
  3. Press Tab.
  4. In the Company field, click to select one or more companies for which you want to view documents. If you do not select a company, all companies appear in the list.
  5. In the Project field, click to select one or more projects for which you want to view documents. If you do not select a project, all projects appear in the list.
  6. In the Include field, select the status of documents to view.
  7. Click Retrieve to display a list of change order documents.
  8. To print the list of documents, complete the following:
    1. To set the page setup options, click next to the Print button in the View area and select Page Settings.
    2. To preview the printed output, click next to the Print button in the View area and select Print Preview.
    3. Click Print in the View area.
    4. Select OK.
  9. To export the list of documents, complete the following:
    1. Specify the file type for the export. Do one of the following:
    • Export the list to Excel: Click next to the Export button and select Excel.
    • Export the list to a tab-delimited file: Click next to the Export button and select Text file (Tab Delimited).
    1. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
    2. In the File Name field, enter a file name for the exported file.
    3. Click Save.
    4. Click OK.
      Note: If you opted to export the list to Excel, the Excel file automatically opens if you have Excel installed.
