Export a list of customer lien notices
- Open the View Customer Lien Document Logs screen.

In the View field, click
and select Customer Lien Notices.

In the Company field, click
to select one or more companies for which you want to view lien notices. If you do not select a company, lien notices are displayed for all companies.

In the Customer field, click
to select one or more customers for which you want to view lien notices. If you do not select a customer, lien notices are displayed for all customers.

In the Include field, click
to select whether you want to view only open lien notices, only closed lien notices, or all lien notices.

Click Retrieve.
Tip: You can filter the data in a column. Click
in the filter row to select the filter operator. Then, enter the filter criteria or click
to select the filter criteria from a list of valid values. To clear the filter criteria, mouse over the filter row and click
.

To specify the file type for
the export, do one of the following:
- To export the list to Excel, click
next to the Export button and select Excel.
- To export the list to a tab-delimited file,
click
next to the Export button and select Text file (Tab Delimited).
- To export the list to Excel, click
- Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.
- In the File Name field, enter a file name for the exported file.
- Click Save.

Click OK.
Note: If you opted to export the list to Excel, the Excel file automatically opens if you have Excel installed.
