Submittal Reviews Due Report screen

Use the Submittal Reviews Due Report screen to create a report of reviews due on Enter Submittal screen for selected projects and date range. The reviews shown on this report are from the Reviews tab on the submittal document, not from the Contacts/Routing tab. You can print or save this report.

Note: To open the Submittal Reviews Due Report screen, click Projects > Reports > Submittal Reviews Due Report in the All Tasks pane.

You can control the output of the Submittal Reviews Due Report by entering details in one or more of the following fields on the Options tab:

  • Select Format - If you have modified the format and layout of this report on the Modify Reports screen, click to select the version to use for this report. If you haven't modified the report, this field doesn't appear.

  • Company - Click to select one or more companies for the report. If no companies are selected, all companies appear in the report.

  • Project - Click to select one or more projects for the report. If no projects are selected, all projects appear in the report.

  • Report From Due Date - Enter the first due date to include in the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.

  • Report Through Due Date - Click to select the last due date to include in the report, click to select the date from a Date Picker, or click to enter a Date Formulas. If you want to save the information in the date field when you save the report options, you must use a date formula.

  • Submittal Type - Click to select one or more submittal types for the report. If no submittal types are selected, all submittal types appear in the report.

  • Priority - Click to select the priority of submittals for the report. Select All to show submittals with any priority in the report.

  • Submittal Review Status - Click to select one or more review statuses for the report. If no review statuses are selected, all review statuses appear in the report.

  • Submittal Review Item Status - Select Active to show review statuses that set the document status to active in the report. Select Inactive to show review statuses that set the document status to inactive in the report. Select Both to show all review statuses in the report.

  • Reviewer - Click to select one or more reviewers for the report. If no reviewers are selected, all reviewers appear in the report.

  • Owner - Click to select one or more document owners for the report. If no document owners are selected, all document owners appear in the report.

  • Include Item Detail - Select the checkbox to include submittal item details in the report. Deselect the checkbox to exclude the submittal item details in report.
