Delete a project

You can delete a project as long as you have not used it anywhere in ProContractor.

  1. Open the Project screen.
  2. Note the active company. If you want to change it, click in the header and select the appropriate company.
  3. In the Project field, do one of the following:

    • Enter the code of the project you want to delete and press Tab.

    • Click to select the project you want to delete from a Lookup List.

  4. Click Delete Project.
    Note: If the project has a large number of cost codes, the Cost Codes tab may take additional time to load. You can view the project while the tab loads, but you cannot delete the project until the tab had loaded.
  5. Click Yes.
