Feature enhancements

• New Search Functionality and Lookup Enhancements

  The Discipline, Importance, Status, and Type fields found in Action items, Checklists, Daily reports, Field work directives, Issues, Notices to comply, Punch items, RFIs, and Safety notices records now have search functionality and lookup fields with a larger view.

  You can easily find and make selections from standard or custom lookup lists with a streamlined interface designed for faster data entry.

  

• Workflow Templates

  Workflow templates for Enterprise users now include configurable step review times that automatically sync to mobile from the web app to set accurate step due dates as records advance.

  Initially, when a record is submitted, a step due date is automatically set based on the step completion days value in the workflow template. However, in the web app, administrators now have the flexibility to customize individual step deadlines to better fit each team's specific needs.

• Daily Reports - AI Assistant

  Enterprise and Go users can now enable Charlie, the Daily Reports AI Assistant, via the web app's security settings.

Resolved issues

• Locked checklists do not cause the app to freeze. (CN 000004432 / PS-63836)
