Configure Timesheet Fields

Set up the fields to make available on employee timesheets.

These instructions describe a typical setup. Your organization may have additional field requirements. Be aware of the following when configuring timesheet fields:
  • There are corresponding system permissions for some timesheet fields. You must enable the corresponding permissions for the appropriate roles for timesheets to work the way you expect.
  • You must associate a cost type and pay type with all fields that you want to export to Spectrum.
  • Additional timesheet field settings are under Spectrum Configuration Settings.
  1. In Traqspera, select Settings & Permissions.

    The Settings and Permissions page opens.

  2. From the list of settings categories on the left side of the page, select Timesheet.
    Tip: You can also search for the setting name using the search field above the category list.

  3. In the main area of the window, scroll to and expand the Timesheet Fields section.
  4. Review and configure the desired settings.

  5. Select Save.
