Export Subscription List

Account Owners, Secondary Account Owners, and License Admins can export the account's subscription list to a CSV file.

To export the list of subscriptions from the Admin Console to a CSV file:
  1. In the left pane, select Products & Licenses.
  2. On the right side of the screen, select Export.
  3. Choose one:
    • Export active only - omits expired subscriptions from the export.
    • Export all - includes all subscriptions purchased.
    The export is handled in the background to avoid interrupting your workflow.
You are emailed a link to download the CSV file. A pop-up confirms the email address you should expect to receive the link.
Open the email and select the download link. Use your text editor or spreadsheet application of choice to open the downloaded file.

Columns in the Subscriptions List Export

Descriptions of each of the columns in the Admin Console subscriptions list export file.

The exported file contains these column headers.

ColumnDescription
Product NameThe subscription you purchased.
Start DateThe date the subscription was originally purchased.
End Date
  • The date the subscription will renew, if applicable.
  • If auto-renewal is turned off, the date through which users can access the subscription's applications.
    Tip: The applications are listed in the Products & Licenses screen within the Included applications dropdown.
  • If you opted to include expired subscriptions, the date the subscription ended.
StatusThe subscription's status when you exported the list to the CSV file.
Number of licensesThe total number of licenses that were purchased for the subscription.
Number of assigned licensesThe number of licenses already assigned to users.
Number of available licensesThe number of licenses not yet assigned to a user.
