Status of an Order

Whenever you purchase a license, subscription, or subscription upgrade, an order will get placed. When you place an order, we will validate and process it.

Orders may be placed on hold if validation fails. You can check the status of an order on the Billing & Payment screen in the Admin Console.

Order Statuses

An order can have any one of four statuses:

Order StatusDescription
ProcessingWe are processing your order. Once we finish, your order reaches Complete status, and you will be able to assign your purchased licenses.
CanceledYou can cancel a subscription in three ways:
  • Allow it to lapse without renewing it
  • Cancel the subscription in the Admin Console (shop.trimble.com orders only)
  • Contact support
Once we process your request, the status of the subscription changes to Canceled.
On HoldWe placed your order on hold because validation failed at some point. Please contact support for more information.
CompleteWe have finished processing your order and you may assign the licenses you purchased.
