Add Licenses to a Subscription

You can add to the number of licenses for an existing subscription from the manage subscription page.

You can add to your license count, but you cannot reduce the number of licenses in your subscriptions. To achieve a reduction in license count, you will need to let your current subscription expire and then set up a new subscription with fewer licenses. See Turn Off Auto Renewal.
To purchase additional licenses in the Admin Console:
  1. In the left pane, select Products & Licenses.
  2. In the table, select a subscription.
  3. Select Manage subscription and then select the Manage dropdown.
  4. Select Add licenses.
  5. Enter the number of license you want to add.
  6. Select Continue to checkout to purchase the additional license count requested.
  7. Select Place Order to confirm.
