Edit a User's Role

A user's role in the Admin Console determines what administrative actions the user can perform, if any.

You can edit a user's role based on role hierarchy. See Admin Console Roles for specifics.
  1. In Admin Console, select Users in the left pane.
  2. For the user you want to change the role, select More options and select Edit user.
  3. In the Permissions section, select Edit.
  4. Select the required role and select Save.
The user's role is changed.
