What's New in the Admin Console - November 2025
This release introduces a refreshed Admin Console designed to streamline your workflow. You'll find it easier to manage all your licenses, onboard users in bulk, track user activity with new login data, and access detailed, exportable reports.
New Look and Enhanced Navigation
- A revamped left navigation menu, including links to My Products, My Profile, and Support Center.
- Access to the Knowledge Center in the upper right corner by selecting the help icon
in the top bar, where you can now access interactive walk-throughs for common actions such as adding admins and assigning licenses.
Improved License Management
You can now manage all your licenses for a product together, even if they are tied to multiple subscriptions for that product.
- See all users assigned a product's licenses in one centralized list.
- Manage all your subscriptions for a product on one page.
To see how, access the "Adding users and assigning licenses" interactive walkthrough in the Knowledge Center, or review the Assign Licenses to Users and Subscription Management Help articles.
Bulk User Import: Add Users Now, Assign Licenses When Ready
You can now upload a CSV file to add many users to the Admin Console, deferring the license assignment task until a later time. You can optionally include their roles in the file.
To ensure accuracy, the import process provides an easy way to correct any CSV errors in real time before invitations are sent.
See Add Users in Bulk for details.
Exportable Data for Easier Reporting
No more navigation across multiple subscriptions or copying tables from the Admin Console! You can now export key data (users, subscriptions, licenses, orders, and invoices) as a CSV file for auditing and general review or to integrate with other tools or existing reports.
- Users: The export of all users includes the last login timestamp, assigned licenses, and all applications those licenses provide access to, giving you a clear view of user entitlements.
- Assigned Licenses: The export of all assigned licenses for a product shows all users assigned licenses in one view.
See Reporting for more export options and details.
Track User Activity with Last Login Date
We've added a Last Login column to the Users page. This date reflects the last time a user signed in with their Trimble ID to access any Trimble product or service.
Since the column is sortable, you can easily identify both active users and those who may be inactive and no longer need access to a given Trimble product.
For an exact last-sign-in timestamp for a user, select and view the information at the top of the page.Minor Updates
- Improved handling for inviting new users in languages other than English: If the user being invited doesn't have a Trimble ID, the invitation email will be sent in the language of the admin inviting the user.
- Updated messaging to clearly indicate required actions for any special licensing scenarios.
