Account Data Table Presets
The Data Table is a tool that allows you to colorize, sort, order, and filter objects based on object attributes.
Overview
You can use Data Table to display model properties, including the custom properties, in a grid view for reporting purposes. The Data Table allows grouping objects by different properties, configuring visible columns, seeing quantities and exporting to a spreadsheet in CSV format.
In the Data Table Account Presets screen, admins can create presets that can be shared and used across projects owned by your account.
Who Can View Account Level Data Table Presets
- Account context: Only Admin users in your account can access and view Account level Data Table presets.
- Project context: Once a preset has been shared to a project, only users from within your account can see that preset in the 3D Viewer.
Who Can Edit Account Level Data Table Presets
Only Admin users in your account can edit or make changes to Account level Data Table presets.
Account users cannot edit an account level data table preset, however from within the project, the user can make edits to and select Save as which will then save the edits as a new project level preset.
