Contract Status Tab

The Contract Status tab provides a line graph that compares Actual Cost, Estimated Cost, and Projected Cost, as well as a line graph that compares Billed Amount and Received Amount.

Note that you can also display the information as a table by selecting a data point, right-clicking, and selecting Show as a table

Phase Detail Tab

The tab for Phase Detail provides a table view of transactions organized by Phase.

To spotlight a single row, select it, and the other rows are grayed out.

Transactions Tab

The Transactions tab provides a table view of transactions, which includes a variety of information such as phase and costs.

To spotlight a single row, select it, and the other rows are grayed out.

View Data Definitions

When viewing this report, you can view the data definitions for any fields or metrics shown on the page by hovering over the info icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.

Edit in Power BI

Note that, if you have access to the Vista Operations dataset, you can edit the Contract Status report in Power BI and save any changes. To make changes to the report, from the Dashboards page, select the options menu on the right-hand side, and then select Edit in Power BI. From the Power BI editor, you can make changes.
