The Contract Status Summary report provides summary and detailed information about contract status in a report that can be modified with the Power BI editor.

This report is tied to the Spectrum: Contract Status dataset, and includes tabs for Contract Summary and Contract Status Details. If you have access to that dataset, you can edit this report in the Power BI editor and save your changes.

Contract Summary

The Contract Summary page displays values for Cost to Date, Estimated Cost to Date, Contract Billings to Date, and Revised Contract to Date, as well as graphs for Over/Under Billed to Date by Job Code and Earned Revenue to Sate and Cost to Date by Job Code. You can filter the data by Job Code, Job Status, Company Code, Cost Center, and Division.

Contract Status Details

The Contract Status Details tab provides a detailed breakdown of all jobs in a table format.

Edit in Power BI

If you have access to the Spectrum: Contract Status dataset, you can edit the Contract Status Summary report in Power BI and save any changes. To make changes to the report, from the Dashboards page, select the options menu on the right-hand side, and then select Edit in Power BI. From the Power BI editor, you can make changes.

View Data Definitions

When viewing this report, you can view the data definitions for any fields or metrics shown on the page by selecting the info icon in the upper-left corner of the dashboard.
