What's New in Trimble Pay 4.15 - May 2025
What's New lists the enhancements and changes made in the Trimble Pay 4.15 release. This release is available in May 2025.
Spectrum Contract Import Enhancements: Automatic Line Item Type Detection
When you import a contract from Spectrum, Trimble Pay now detects the Line Item Type from the Spectrum contract unit price setting and sets up the SOV accordingly:
- Unit Based: Unit / Quantity
- Lump Sum: Amount / % Complete
At any point before the contract is locked (which occurs when the subcontractor submits the first invoice), you have the option to change the Line Item Type from the Contract Settings in Trimble Pay. See Change a Contract's Line Item Type.
If you would like to learn more about an integration with your ERP, see Spectrum Integration Overview or Vista Integration Overview.
New Filters Allow for Quick Sorting on the Contracts Page
New filters on the Contracts page allow you to quickly sort your contracts for a project. You can filter by Contract, Contract number, Contract status, Vendor, or Assignment status. You can select more than one filter at a time to further refine your results.
Filters replace the search field that was previously available on this page.
New Columns Added to the Invoice Export Page
When exporting invoices to your ERP, you can now see Exported date and Exported by for each invoice. This provides a record of the date invoices were exported and the user who exported them.
For invoices exported prior to this release, you will see the Exported date populated, but the Exported by column will display as N/A.
Integration Access Now Limited to Admins and Curators
Company admins and company curators are now the only roles with the ability to import and export data on the Integrations page. For more details about the different roles, see Company User Roles.
Phone Numbers from Canada and Mexico Supported for Security Authentication
SMS-enabled phone numbers across North America are now supported for Two-Factor Authentication. This includes phone numbers from Canada, Mexico, and the United States (already supported). For more information about authentication, see Enable or Disable Two-factor Authentication.
