Move the 3D Tab

  1. Open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen.
    Note: To open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen, click Estimating > Earthwork > Manage Earthwork Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Click Open Existing Job. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
  2. Select the 3D tab, if it is not already active.
  3. From the Active Layer field on the toolbar, click to select the layer you want to move.
  4. Magnify the 3D tab before moving if you want to view certain areas closer.
  5. Click Move on the speedbar, then click one or more of the following buttons:
    • Up - Moves your viewpoint up. If you click and hold Up, the view moves up until you release the button or the image is nearly off the screen.
    • Down - Moves your viewpoint down. If you click and hold Down, the view moves down until you release the button or the image is nearly off the screen.
    • Left - Moves your viewpoint to the left. If you click and hold Left, the view moves left until you release the button or the image is nearly off the screen.
    • Right - Moves your viewpoint to the right. If you click and hold Right, the view moves to the right until you release the button or the image is nearly off the screen.
  6. Click Normal on the speedbar to return the view to its original location.
