Rotate the 3D Tab

  1. Open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen.
    Note: To open a job in the Manage Earthwork Estimates screen, click Estimating > Earthwork > Manage Earthwork Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Click Open Existing Job. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
  2. Select the 3D tab, if it is not already active.
  3. From the Active Layer field on the toolbar, click to select the layer you want to rotate.
  4. Click Rotate on the speedbar, then click one of the following:
    • Up - Rotates your viewpoint up. If you click and hold Up, the view rotates up until you release the button or until you are looking straight down on the job site.
    • Down - Rotates your viewpoint down. If you click and hold Down, the view rotates down until you release the button or until you are looking at the underside of the job site.
    • Left - Rotates your viewpoint to the left. If you click and hold Left, the view rotates to the left until you release the button.
    • Right - Rotates your viewpoint to the right. If you click and hold Right, the view rotates to the right until you release the button.
  5. To return the view to original angle, click Normal on the speedbar.
