Create a bid for each potential job for which you want to prepare a formal quote.

1. If you haven't already done so, create the estimate or import the estimate. Alternatively, you can create the estimate while creating the bid.
2. On the Create Bid screen, create a bid based on an estimate or a bid day estimate.
3. Print the proposal.
4. Submit the proposal to the customer.
5. Update the bid stage.
