You can print all the cost items in a folder of a Catalog. Cost items that are in subfolders don't print when you print a folder. Only the cost items that appear in the cost item portion of the Catalog tab will print.

To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
