Collapse all expanded assemblies in the catalog
- Open a job in the Manage Estimates screen.

From the Catalog tab, click
to select the catalog you want to view from the Catalog field.
- Select the folder that contains the cost items you want to view.
- Right click in the left-most column then select Collapse All Assemblies. The cost items and assemblies that make up the assemblies are hidden so that only the assemblies on the same level as individual cost items are displayed.
