Add Sheets

Within the Sheets tab, you can add sheets to your job, even after you have begun working. Add sheets that are stored somewhere on your hard drive, CD, or external drive. Sheets can be in one of the following formats: BMP, JPG, CAL, DWF, DWG, DXF, PDF, or TIF. If you have Viewpoint Advanced Image Manager installed, you can also add color sheets from PDF files.

Note: To add sheets stored in an online plan room or internet site, go to the Takeoff tab. See Add, Remove, and Rename Sheets for more information. To add sheets from a digitizer, use the Locate Estimate Drawing feature.

To open a job in the Manage Estimates screen, click Estimating > Estimating > Manage Estimates in the All Tasks pane. Then select the job you want to open, and click OK.
