Set Up Your Home Page
The Home Page is the screen you see each time you open Viewpoint Estimating.
You can customize your Home Page by adding widgets, which are small tools that you can use to organize your work in Viewpoint Estimating and put the information you need right at your fingertips.
The Home Page offers five different widget types:
- Shortcut

computer. After you create a Shortcut widget, you can click and drag any command
from the All Tasks pane or any file from Windows Explorer to the widget.Tip: Shortcut widgets are particularly useful. Use Shortcut widgets to set up workflows for commonly performed tasks. You can also drag files from Window Explorer or web addresses from a browser to create easy access links from your Home Page. To open the Home Page, click
near the upper left of the window.

kinds of widgets available on the Web, everything from maps and to-do lists to news
and weather reports. In order to add a widget to your Home Page, you will need the
code for the widget.Note: Viewpoint is not responsible for the functionality or behavior of any third-party widget.
