Summary Tab
The Summary Tab allows you to view total quantities of a job.
In the Summary Tab you can also apply soil swell/yield factors to layers, balance the job site, convert the totals to metric units, and export the totals to the Estimating module or a spreadsheet.
Tips for Using the Summary Tab
- Depending on your current view on the Summary Tab, certain keyboard shortcuts may not be available. For example, pressing [B] to balance the amount of material for the job only works when you have selected the Active checkbox for at least one area.
- The top of the Summary Tab displays the quantity totals for the selected areas.
- In addition to the Export button, you can copy data out of the Summary Tab manually. Hold Shift and use the arrow keys to select the data to copy. Press Ctrl+C to copy the data, open the program into which you want to paste the data, and press Ctrl+V.
