Timecard Initial Setup

The Grid Timecard allows time to be entered on a flexible
        grid. This is usually done to allow easy bulk entry for multiple employees and/or multiple
        days.

Approval in the portal does not prevent time from going into
        Vista. As soon as time is saved it is in Vista’s PR Timecard Entry. Approval in the portal
        is an opportunity for another user to edit the Timecard before it gets processed. You do not
        have to set up approvals if you do not want to.

Standard and Grid Timecards can be configured to allow users
		to make basic amount-based entries (also referred to as expense inputs).

The Time Worked feature allows users to enter their start and
		stop times (clock-in and clock-out) and then enter timecard lines to account for that time.
		The start and stop times are saved to PR Employee Time Worked in Vista.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
