Export Locations and Assets to MS Excel

You can export the list of locations and assets to MS Excel. From there, you can save the Excel file and use it as needed.

While nearly all functions related to Locations, Drawings, and Assets must be performed in New Web, this task must be completed in Classic.
  1. Confirm that the correct business unit is selected in the Business Unit field, and that the correct project is selected in the Project field.
  2. Point to the Project Setup > Locations And Assets, and then select Locations And Assets - Grid View.
  3. In the Locations And Assets - Grid View screen, select the button above the grid.
  4. In the Do you want to open or save... message, select the option you want.
You can open, save, or print the list of locations and assets using MS Excel.
