Remove Duplicate Answers

Duplicate answers in forms can occur when two users with different devices answer a question at the same time. This causes issues when syncing the project. The ability to remove a duplicate answer already exists in the mobile application. The same functionality is being applied to the web application.

BIM Setup

Now setting up BIM drawings is easier with our new functionality. We added the drawings library to the list of sources for your drawings, in addition to Viewpoint For Projects, Trimble Connect, and your computer. You can compare your anchor points for calibration in side-by-side images instead of remembering where they were placed, and place new points if they don’t match, making updates smoother and reducing the need to redo the work.

In addition, we extended the size of the calibrated area to ensure the walls of the room are included. If the pin is in a spot with overlapping calibrations, you’ll be able to choose the location.

Enterprise Organisation Management

You can now modify your enterprise organisations in the web application. No more switching to Classic Field View when you need to add or change an organisation’s information, helping reduce the time needed for project setup.

Enterprise organisations have been renamed to external organisations.

Create a new external organisation with an alias and registration number, edit an organisation that hasn’t yet been shared between multiple enterprises, and deactivate organisations to remove them from the list of available organisations for a project.

If you need to make changes to an external organisation, enterprise administrators can now copy that organisation into your library, including the alias and registration number. This will allow you to modify the organisation without impacting other Field View enterprises.
