You can make an item within a container public in order to share it with people who don’t have access to it.

In VFP, you can select multiple items and make them public at once.

You can generate links for public items in a container and share them with individuals who don’t have access to VFP. When generating the link, you can specify its expiration date. If you select the Set Link Expiration Date checkbox in the Share Public File/Folder window and don’t set the expiration date, it will automatically default to 90 days from the current date.

If you previously made an item public, you can remove the public status to make it private again. If you sent a link to a public item to users, the link will no longer work.

The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.
