The Data Entry menu is used to
      record invoices as they are received. Invoices can be tracked optionally through Unapproved
      Invoice Processing, and routed automatically to reviewers for approval. Options are available
      for correcting invoice entry errors. Typically, invoices are entered and updated, then later
      paid. In addition, credit memos, recurring invoices and subcontract progress billings can be
      created and processed. Payments can be made by issuing regular check or by manual or pre-paid
      checks. Issued checks may be voided.

                                        Admin</span> page. This role has the same permissions
                                as your current Enterprise Admins. However, it is managed in
                                        <span class="keyword">HR Management</span> (hr.viewpoint.com)
                                instead of <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction One</span>
                                (team.viewpoint.com).</p>
                        <p class="p"><span class="ph uicontrol">One-Time
                                        Import of Enterprise Admins</span></p>
                        <p class="p">During the update to the 2025 R4 release, all of your
                                organization's Enterprise Administrators in <span class="keyword">Trimble Construction One</span> (team.viewpoint.com) will be
                                imported as IT Admins in <span class="keyword">HR Management</span> (hr.viewpoint.com). This is a
                                one-time import.</p>

                                        importing your enterprise admins and migrating them to the
                                        IT Admin role could take several hours to complete. As a

                        <p class="p">IT Admins have administrator access to <span class="ph uicontrol">Admin
                                        Settings</span>, <span class="ph uicontrol">User Management
                                        (Beta)</span>, and <span class="ph uicontrol"><span class="keyword">Applicant Tracking (HiringThing)</span></span>. They can also add or remove other IT Admins. </p>
                        <p class="p">By default, IT Admins <em class="ph i">cannot access</em> employee
                                data, unless they are also assigned an HR Admin or HR Specialist
                                role. If they are an employee, they can access their own employee
                                information.</p>
