What's New in VFP R11 2025

Welcome to Viewpoint For Projects R11. We created a new My Inbox to act as an action center for your VFP items. With the new grid design, we will be able to serve more contextual information to users regarding workflow, comments and attachments relating to actions that are required of them, making it able to provide more information to you.

My Inbox

We introduced several enhancements to streamline user interaction for My Inbox. Now you can use an organization filter to manage your inbox more effectively. We added an icon for the Zip download rather than including it in the three-dot overflow menu for easier access. Overdue items are marked in red, and we added a loading spinner for the grid area to indicate processing. Additionally, My Inbox will remember your preference for the UI to ensure a more personalized experience.
