How Active HR Management Users are Counted
Active users of HR Management have access to at least one Self Service option (HR Timecard, HR Grid Time, Earn, Personal, or Training Class Instructor), Time Off, or the Expense module (Expense Reports), or have access to the HR Timecard through Field Service.

Find User Counts
If active user counts are higher than the number of licensed users, you can adjust user access to modules. The Portal Settings page () shows a current count of active users. Users who have been given access to the HR Timecard through Field Service are included in the HR Management user count.
Review or Adjust User Counts
To review or adjust HR Management user counts, select . Available options:
- Self Service: HR Timecard, HR Grid Time, Earn, Personal, Action Items, or Training Class Instructor.
- Time Off: Time Off.
- Expense: Expense Reports.
- Performance
Employees who have a checkbox next to their name for at least one Self Service option, Time Off, or Expense Reports will be counted as an active HR Management user. If the active HR Management user count is higher than you expect, you can deselect check boxes for employees who should not have access to HR Management modules or to the HR Timecard in Field Service, if applicable.
Audit User Counts
For a full audit of who has access to modules, review the License Count Report. To generate this report, select Export License Report from the Portal Settings page ().
