Work Order Dashboard
The Work Order Dashboard in Field Service allows technicians to access, update, and close out work orders that are assigned to them on the SM Dispatch Board in Vista Service Management.
From the Work Order Dashboard, technicians can view work order cards that include the work order description, customer name, service address, and site contact information, along with the work order status, date, and number. Depending on your portal setup, a technician's unavailable time (such as training or time off) may display as separate, read-only cards on the dashboard. These cards include the date, time, and duration of the event, plus any notes that were added in SM Technician Unavailable Time.
Technicians can search and filter the dashboard view in a number of ways. They can select whether to include unscheduled work orders, filter by service trip date range, or search for a specific work order number, address, or customer. They can also sort by several parameters: date, work order ID, work order description, trip description, and customer.
