HR Resource Skills by Code

You can use HR Resource Skills by Code report for a list by resource skills by HR resource by selecting Human Resources > Reports > HR Resource Skills by Code.

This report provides a list by resource skills by HR resource; the date the resource was certified, expiration, who gave the skill test and the history sequence. HRRS Table.

Report Parameters

 Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Resource

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning resource or leave blank for all.
Ending Resource

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending resource or leave blank for all.
Beginning Skill Code Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending resource or leave blank for all.
Ending Skill Code Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending skill code or leave blank for all.
Print Notes?

checkbox to print notes.

Include Inactive?

checkbox to include inactive resources.
