You can use the Federal Contractor VETS Resources report as a companion to the data export for the VETS-4212 e-file. Access this report by selecting .
Use this report in Summary mode to review the aggregate resource counts that populate the various boxes of the VETS-4212 e-file. Use this report in Detail mode to see listings of specific resources included in each aggregate count value. When running this report, make sure you enter the same input parameter values that you entered when you ran the HR Federal Contractor VETS-4212 report to generate your e-file. This ensures an accurate representation of the content of the VETS-4212 e-file.

| HR Company | Accept the default or enter the HR company. Press F4 to select from a list of valid HR companies. |
| PR Company | Accept the default or enter the PR company. Press F4 to select from a list of valid PR companies. |
| Reporting Period End Date (in Jul or Aug) | Enter the reporting period end date. Must be a date in July or August of the reporting year. |
| VETS-assigned Company Number | Enter the VETS-assigned company. |
| (P)rime Contractor, (S)ubcontractor, or (B)oth | Select P to include only prime contractors, S to include only subcontractors, or B to include both prime contractors and subcontractors. |
| Company County | Enter the county in which the reporting company resides. |
| Contact Name | Enter the name of the person to contact regarding this report. |
| Contact Phone | Enter the contact's phone number. |
| Contact Email | Enter the contact's email address. |
| (S)ummary or (D)etail Format | Enter S to show the report in summary format; enter D to show the report in detail format. |
