You can use the JC Cost Report By Contract Item report for estimates, actuals, commitments, and projections for phase and cost types grouped and sorted by contract item by selecting .
This report includes estimates, actuals, commitments, and projections for phase and cost types grouped and sorted by contract item. Cost at Completion is Projected Cost unless zero, then Estimated Cost.
