PM Document History

You can use the PM Document History report to print the modifications, or history, of documents related to Projects by selecting Project Management > Reports > PM Document History.

The PM Document History report prints the modifications, or history, of documents related to Projects. The report sorts by Company, Project, Document Type, and Document, and includes document revision information such as Date, Time, Action, Transmittal, and Firm.

Report Parameters

Description

Company

Accept the default, or press F4 to select a company.

Beginning Project

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning project.

Ending Project

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending project.

Document Type (Blank for All)

Click the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the document type or leave blank for all.

Beginning Document

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the beginning document.

Ending Document

Select the Field Lookup button or press F4 to select the ending document.
