SM Scopes On Hold Grid Only Form

Use the SM Scopes On Hold Grid Only form to place multi-scope work orders on hold.

You can only access this form by right-clicking on a multi-scope work order in SM Dispatch Board and selecting Place on Hold from the context menu.

You can use this feature to place work orders on hold for any reason (e.g. waiting for parts, customer not available, waiting for another task to be done, etc.). However, since this form is used for work orders with multiple scopes, you will need to specify which scopes are on hold. Regardless of whether you place a single scope on hold or all scopes on hold, the work order will be considered "on hold" and will display in the On Hold query on the dispatch board.

Placing a work order scope "on hold" does not prevent you from entering or billing work completed, entering purchase orders, or adding new scopes or trips. However, creating a trip for an "on hold" work order will trigger a message asking if you want to remove the holds from the work order. Selecting Yes will remove the hold and create the the trip; selecting No will create the trip but retain the hold status.
