Send a Test Email

Send a test email to confirm your email settings.

Make sure you configured email notification settings. For setup help, see Configure Email Notification SMTP Settings or Configure Email Notification Settings with OAuth2.
  1. Go to Admin > Mail Log.
  2. Select the Action dropdown button, and select Send Test Email.
  3. Enter at least one test email address (such as your own).

    If you want to send a test email to an address outside of your company, you can Add an External Email Address.

  4. Select Test.
  5. Confirm that the email sent properly.

    You can check the Mail Log, or, if you sent the email to yourself, check your inbox.
