Supplier Xchange Invalid user name or password

Supplier Xchange does not use the Trimble ID password. When one enters in their Trimble ID credentials, to set up Supplier Xchange, an error is thrown :invalid user name or password".
To set a Supplier Xchange password.
Log into TSL (https://tsl.tradeservice.com).
Select the Company Profile icon 
and from the drop down select Settings.
and from the drop down select Settings. Under USER SETTINGS, select SX/LUM ACCESS. Enter in a new password, confirm the password, and then select Submit.
