FLSA Qualified Overtime Compensation Report
This report is designed to assist you with compliance and accurate reporting of overtime calculations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). It calculates the overtime premium that an employee may be able to deduct.
- If you add the amounts to the W-2, you must do so manually.
- If you do not add the amounts to the W-2, you must furnish this report to the employee.

| Entity Note: This field displays only if cost centers are being used and entity tracking is also enabled in the current company. | Enter a cost center entity if you want the report to return entity-specific information. |

| From check date | Enter the first check date to be included on the report. |
| To check date | The default date is the current payroll processing date. Enter the latest check date you want included on this report. The year must match the year in From check date. |
| Page break between employees? | Select if you want each employee to start at the top of a new page. |
| Define Cash Fringes | Opens the Define Cash Fringe Add-ons window; field descriptions provided below. |
| Sort by | Select how to sort the report results:

Define Cash Fringe Add-ons Window - Field Descriptions
To open the Define Cash Fringe Add-ons window, select the Define Cash Fringes button from the FLSA Qualified Overtime Compensation Report screen.
Use this window to define cash fringes that should be included in the report's calculations.
| Field/Button | Description |

| Add | Select to search for and add an existing add-on. The Calculation method for your selection must be Prevailing Wage Adjustment. |
| Remove | Select this button after choosing a row to delete from the list. |
| Code | Displays any add-ons already selected for inclusion in calculations. |
