Upload Compliance Documents

Store your compliance documents with the pertinent contract, and easily update or replace them.

Once Trimble Pay detects a requirement which is not compliant, the Compliance Status changes to Expired on the subcontract details page.

If your general contractor has opted to "block invoicing upon expiration" you can submit your Application for Payment only after all compliance requirements have been met. This may require uploading updated documents.

To upload compliance documents:

  1. From your Dashboard, select the project and then double-click the contract.
  2. Among the tabs at the top of the screen, select Compliance.
The list of existing compliance documents appears.
  3. To upload a new instance of a compliance document, either:
    • Select the upload icon.
    • Select the compliance requirement row, then select Upload Compliance Document.
  4. Select Browse and navigate to the file, or navigate to the file and drag and drop it into the upload file window.
  5. Enter the Effective Date, Expiration Date (required), and Issue Date.
  6. Select Save.
The uploaded document is attached to the record.
Newly uploaded documents receive status Pending Review. If your general contractor requires it, all compliance documents must have status Pending Review or Compliant before you can proceed with submitting your Application for Payment.
