About PDFs Sent to Viewpoint For Projects
If you use Viewpoint For Projects (VFP), when you send Field View forms, the VFP application uses the form's information to generate a file name and description.
These are the specifications VFP follows.
The PDF file names that VFP creates are a maximum of 100 characters. Descriptions are a maximum of 200 characters.
