Organisations identify specific businesses in Field View. You must add the organisation type. The organisation will be assigned the resolution period of the project.

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose Project Setup.
2. Select Project Organisations.
   Field View displays the organisations assigned to your project.
3. Select Assign Organisations.
   Field View displays the organisations in your enterprise library that are not already assigned to your project.
4. Use the Search field to find the organisation to assign. If you are adding an organisation, use the Search field to verify it hasn’t yet been added to your enterprise library. Field View may display organisations with similar names.
5. If you are adding a new organisation, scroll to the end of the organisations list and select Create New.
6. Enter the organisation name, an alias name for the organisation if needed, and the organisation's registration number.
7. Select Create.
   Field View adds the organisation to the list of available organisations for the project.
8. Select the checkbox for the new organisation and any other organisation you want to assign to the project.
9. Select Next to add the organisation details.
10. Add the organisation type for each organisation for this project.
11. Add any other information as needed.
12. Select Assign to Project.
